Under the Service Partner Plan, Worldwide Technology Exchange will replace any hardware component, system or server within 24 to 48 hours of the problem being reported to our support team. We do not believe in red tape or piles of paperwork. You will speak directly with a live WTE technician who will the problem and ship your replacement part(s) via FedEx Overnight delivery. We strive to make the exchange process quick and pain free.

You do not need to pay premium prices to obtain superior service. We understand the need for today’s IT professionals to consider the cost of repair for hardware. WTE will repair any of your systems and components at competitive prices. We offer advance exchange, 3-5 day repair and 30-day repair. Once a component is exchanged or repaired they are guaranteed with a one-year warranty.
